Hello! I am emily and I'm here to accompany you as we super charge your entreprenEurial journey. Let's go!
I am passionate about many things, entrepreneurship is one of them, but most importantly, I believe that all people should have the opportunity to maximize their potential and use their God-given gifts. One of my gifts – “genius zone” - is to assist entrepreneurs in the process of maximizing their potential by knowing how to astutely see and connect the dots.
I specialize in creating “A-ha moments” for my clients.
If you have the deliberate intention to up level and upgrade your business strategy, I can help you shift your focus, quiet the mental chatter, and achieve results.
The idea for my company Casauri was born from my M.B.A. class project at Columbia Business School – to design stylish high quality laptop bags and travel accessories for women. I started the company with my sister Helena McHugh, a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Our design became the first laptop bag to be sold at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) Design Store in New York and Tokyo.
For more of my story, I invite you to read my book “The Little Girl’s Guide to Entrepreneurship – What I Know Now That I Sure Wish I Knew Then.” Despite the title, this book is not just for little girls, to the contrary, it is for anyone, regardless of age or gender, who is seeking guidance for the entrepreneurial journey. You can also read more in my blog where I’ll share how I do what I do and how it can help you or join my Facebook Group Super Charge with Emily.
If you would like more customized bespoke guidance, then explore the options of either taking my courses, participating in coaching masterminds, coming on a retreat, or having me speak at your event.
At a presentation at Florida Tech, Emily walks you through the mindset needed to make better, more effective decisions for yourself.
Emily takes you on a journey starting with the seeds of entrepreneurship that were planted at an early age on a farm in Jamaica to the founding of her award-winning design company, Casauri.
Business owner and author, Emily McHugh walks us through steps to engage in courageous conversations. Learn about the five step process to be prepared and informed.
